Cancellation Policy

Adult & Youth Class Cancellation Policy Sometimes our classes won’t fill their minimum and we will need to cancel. Most likely it could be the day before, and we will contact you as soon as possible. A full refund will be applied if the studio has to cancel a class. Guest teachers may have their own policy so please read carefully in event description. What happens if I need to cancel? Class fees are non-refundable. There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within the 24 hours before the class, you will forfeit your fee. If you alert us 24 hours or more before your scheduled class, we will gladly give you credit for a future class. This credit must be used within 90 days of the cancellation date to prevent loss of the registration fee. Cell Phone Use Cell phones may be used for photography purpose only. You are welcome to take a call in the back room or outside.
